3. Client Responsibilities

• Communicate feedback in a timely manner
• Provide necessary tools, access, and systems required for employees to perform their duties
• Review employee performance and outputs regularly

HireEnds is not responsible for performance issues resultingfrom unclear instructions, lack of communication, or insufficient client-sidesystems.

4. Communication & SMS Consent (10DLC Compliance)
